On May 27, 2017, the inaugural conference for young teachers association & the symposium on academic exchange was held at the faculty’s culture center in Weijin campus. Executive vice-chairman Ma Guiqiu from the Labor Union of Tianjin University, Director-general Li Bin from the TJU Young Teachers Association and other leaders and representatives from other schools attended this conference. The leaderships, young teachers and staff members of School of Mathematics all participated in this inaugural conference.
Vice Party Secretary Zhao Xin from School of Mathematics presided over the conference as well as gave a brief introduction to School of Mathematics and its achievements. He pointed out the development of our new school is closely related to young teachers and he hoped that all young teachers will work together to participate in the school development. Statements were made by more than 20 teacher representatives for academic exchange, mutual understanding and friendship promoting.
At last, Associate Dean Shi Guoliang from School of Mathematics summarized the conference and hoped for the further development of young teachers and school in near future.
