In this talk we will introduce some relavent problems related to the modeling and mathematical analysis on the hydrodynamic model for semiconductors. The mathematical analysis results on the semiconductor hydrodynamic model also are presented. Finally we discuss some results of the hydrodynamic model with the sonic boundary value.
