I will present several recent results on curvature estimates of stable or finite Morse index solutions to Allen-Cahn equation. As applications, we show that in R^2 finite Morse index solutions are finite ended; and in $R^n, n \leq 10$ stable solutions have multiplicity one. (Joint work with Kelei Wang.)
